In the beginning, they educated me with great detail, on how they handle their listings. I had no idea how much work is put into their process. Not only do they meet all expectations but they exceed them on every level! I have never seen such numbers on comps as well as massive knowledge of the market. They know how to get your house sold! I was dumbfounded at their expertise!
I looked at MY home as the perfect home. And it was…for me! They listened to my thoughts and wishes which allowed me some freedom in what I wanted to do or didn’t want to do financially to get it sold. We tried it MY way with the understanding that within a time frame, if we didn’t get enough people walking through or good feedback, that we would come to the table again and discuss options on moving a step forward. I didn’t always like what they suggested and took a couple of things personally, but it was EXACTLY what was needed for my home to sell. I had to let go and let the professionals handle the sale of ‘the’ home. I had to detach from the home. When I did that, it sold within days. I was torn emotionally since I had been in my home for 20 years and they respected that from beginning to end. They basically took the reins and controlled everything in a gentle, knowledgeable manner. If I had any regrets, it would be that I should have done what they suggested from the beginning. They are the best in the market today! I will refer everyone I know to them!
