I'd like to take a moment to thank Kurt and Kris for all of their hard work the past couple of months and share our experience. When we began this process we were nervous because we weren't exactly sure what to expect. With Kurt and Kris' step by step instructions and guidance the selling/purchasing of our home was simple and stress free.
We received a contract on our townhouse within the first week because they gave us some great advice on staging and knew exactly how to market and price the home. They were there for us to answer any questions we may have had and every Monday we could count on the email that was just "checking in" reminding us they were there even if there was nothing to address at that time.
On the purchase side of our journey again, everything was just easy! We found our new home on the first day of looking and we had a ratified contract the day after we made our offer. Our closing took place without a hitch...we basically just showed up and signed.
Kurt and Kris truly are the reason this process was so easy for us. They're knowledgeable, personable, they know how to market your home and negotiate the best price for you on both the purchasing and selling side. Not only are they great to work with, but their entire team (home inspector, title company, etc) was wonderful, friendly and of course, there to answer any questions. I've already started telling my friends to call Kurt and Kris if they're thinking of moving. I know that we can call them at any time with any question and they'll still be there to help us. They're our realtors for life!!
