I've heard no realtor works for the buyer, but these guys have proven otherwise. No part of this process was simple, but the Kuykendalls kept me informed and empowered, every step of the way.
I felt no pressure to "make a sale;" rather, they were quick to step in to protect me from the pitfalls of the process, as well as my own over-eagerness, and yet encouraging and positive, too.
