We are so thankful for the guidance, patience and ingenuity that Kris provided to enable us to buy our new home. His methodical process started us out with a great foundation for finding a home that was under our budget and met our desires/needs, and it positioned us well to make informed decisions when we found the house we wanted. Kris then guided us through a challenging closing process that lasted over a year to enable us to purchase the old farmhouse that we now call home. After some challenges arose early in the negotiation with the seller Kris came up with a creative solution to enable us to remain within our budget and ensure the seller accomplished the work that needed to be done prior to closing.
Kris was diligent and communicative for over a year throughout our homebuying process and those attributes gave us every confidence throughout the whole experience that he was on our side and fighting to ensure we were able to close on and move into this home. Without his intentionality, open and clear communication, and constant wise guidance we would not be in this new home that we love. We would recommend anyone to work with Kris and cannot state with enough emphasis how extremely happy we are with the assistance he provided us!
